Who

John Holborow, MA (Cantab)

John is an experienced business leader with a background in entertainment and digital media. He was formerly Managing Director of the Beggars Group, the most successful independent record company in the world and went on to lead the RCA Label Group to achieve the largest market share in the UK, before founding the Trout Consultancy in 2010. He has led global strategic transformation programmes, and supported growth planning and execution for a range of clients from start-ups to multinationals. He acts as NED to several businesses in Europe and the US and is an executive leadership coach.

Andy Annett

Andy is an entrepreneur originally from a marketing and communications background before co-founding Liquid Communications, a leading marketing and digital agency that was sold to Engine Group.

He has worked extensively with start-ups and growth stage businesses in the UK and across Asia where he has lived for several years.  Most recently he has been working with growth stage impact businesses around their funding needs and remains a NED to several business and a leadership coach.
